Project manager and organizational consultant with more than 15 years of experience in management in information technology companies. Expertise in supporting project-leading development teams, and implementation and integration of processes and systems within organizations.
Holds a BA in biology from the Technion and MA in health systems from the Technion, along with a second MA in development and organizational consultation from Haifa University, Over the past decade, served as Deputy Director of projects in a software company, where she led and managed dozens of large projects. Smadar has experience in coaching and integration of Agile and Lean and in focusing organizations on quality, generating value for the customer, and ongoing learning and improvement.
